The hotel's rooms were not very clean compared to my previous stay, but the price was worth it. The staff, especially Atikah on the 1st floor, were extremely helpful and polite. The location is superb, near shopping malls and easily accessible by public transport.

The hotel offers spacious rooms in very good condition, although the facilities are not high class. Despite a slight smell that suggests abandonment for some time, the rooms are quite spacious. The hotel shares a location with another building and provides superb access to public transport, particularly suitable and perfect for my intended stay. The dining experience offered a good variety of tasty food; however, it was noted to be the same each day. The facilities were adequate for my needs.

I was excited to check-in at the hotel but was asked to wait even though the check-in time was supposed to be at 3 pm. The room I received was facing the other side and after seeing its condition, I was re-allocated to the 27th floor. The hotel's rooms provide a good view, but initial allocation and readiness could have been better.

Staying in the executive room on level 26 offered stunning views of both KLCC and KL Tower, although the room would flood whenever we showered. The staff was always smiling, friendly, and went above and beyond by providing us a resting room at half price on the day of our arrival. The location was superb for shopping enthusiasts, with malls like Maju Junction Mall, Sogo KL, and Jalan Tunku Abdul Rahman within easy reach. The dining experience met my expectations, especially the steaks, but could have been more satisfying. The hotel amenities were great overall.
